The Forest of Treasure by jaelise The Forest of Treasure by jaelise
Roderick Haig-Brown Provincial Park, BC, Canada
Used: Canon 5D MKII, 17-40 f/4L
Post Processing: Upped the brightness and contrast, made the tones warmer, upped the saturation a bit in the RAW editor- to convey the impact of the colour. In PS, dodged and burned lightly in some areas. Also added a vignette.
The colours were overwhelming me; since I began taking photos I've really begun to appreciate just how amazing nature can be :)
Thank you for looking :)

I think you can jack up the brightness and saturation a lot here :)

I agree; on FB and DA it's coming out a lot darker than it looks in PS - I plan to load another one as soon as I have the time :)

Oh, I know what your problem is. Color profile.

Switch it to sRGB in Photoshop, and don't forget to check "convert files to working color space".

Aha! I had switched it back to Adobe RGB and forgot to switch it back to sRGB. Oh dear :P
