Hey all, update
It's been awhile, yet again. This past summer/early fall was very busy, as well as heartbreaking (my dad passed away after a long battle with cancer). Therefore, I have not been shooting as much as usual nor able to teach workshops, but will be resuming these things hopefully soon-ish.
On the bright side of things, I've gotten my first printed magazine feature in the latest edition of Outdoor Photography Canada (Fall/Winter edition). If you see it around, check it out and let me know what you thought about the article :)

How have you all been?
Just thought I'd post a little update. It's been just over 4 years since I dove headfirst into photography, and for some reason I've been thinking about that fact a lot lately.
I really meant to use DA more regularly over the winter, but somehow the winter slipped by...I was surprised, looking at the deviations I've submitted - I thought I'd submitted more. I've been busy with some personal stuff as well as 'professional development' whatever that means. Myself and two other female landscape photographers (islandtime (https://www.deviantart.com/islandtime) and Dani-Lefrancois (https://www.deviantart.com/dani-lefrancois)) are hosting a "Women in the Backcountry" photography workshop adventure in July, 2015 in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada at a backcountry lodge nestled in the mountains.
